Due to bad weather, we will not be having practice today. For all freshers come down to kings pitches on Sunday at 12 and we will have kit for you. Bring a friend and some water and see you all then!

Tomorrow we will be having training at 12:30 on kings pitches. Everyone who has gotten kit please bring it!! To those coming to their second practice you will be getting kit. Lets get big numbers so we can do another scrimmage like last week. If you have friends who might be interested bring them along.

We have practice tonight at ASV from 8:30 to 10:30 with pints at the bobbin after. We will be meeting at the downstairs indoor pitch. Make sure you either have a membership to ASV or an ASV passport. So look at the link below it's only 5 pounds and last a year.

We will provide kit tonight and to those who were there on Sunday we will be sending you home with your own kit set.

Good afternoon everyone tomorrow we will be having our taster session from 12:30 - 2 on kings pitches!! All you need is a water bottle and sports kit, the rest will be provided.
You might of heard about lacrosse it's a fast pace contact sport with a bit of running. There is a spot on the pitch for everyone big and small so don't be scared to give it a go. Maybe bring a friend along and don't worry if you've never played we will be teaching everyone from the ground up.

Best time of the year is back- lacrosse practise !!! Tomorrow at 12:30 on kings pitches the practice will be open to all new comers. So bring just yourself , a bottle of water and a friend. All the kit you need will be provided.

Lacrosse is a sport for everyone big and small so don't worry there is a place on the field for you. The guys are great at helping new plays feel right at home. It's a great chance to get some activity during this COVID time. Any year is welcome as we have players from 1st year to 4 year.

If you just want to hangout with the guys that's great too we have social member positions for Wednesday nights out!! This week we are having a social with the girls club so Go to our events to get more details on that

Good day boys, I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday. Tomorrow we will be having training from 12:30 to 2:30 on kings pitch.
We will have kit for new players so everyone is welcome. Not matter the skill level. Bring a friend and a water bottle and get to know the boys.
This week we will be expanding our defences movement, and get the ball moving with offence.

Good afternoon boys, just to give a heads-up we will be changing the Tuesday practice from Hillhead to ASV from 8:30-10:30. We are meeting on the indoor sports track for a bit of a warm-up then playing on 3G astra so studs or astra boots are fine.
Make sure you have payed the AUSA membership and the lacrosse membership!
Also separately from that there is also the asv passport that we need for this year only a 5er.

Movember is in full force so things to be looking out for this month,
-Tropical social this week,
-Cops and robs next week will be a mixed social
-A fundraiser more info to come
-Christmas dinner at the end of the month more info on the event for that
-Last but not least the first tour payment is due this week it's a really great trip more info at practice tomorrow.

Let's try and get as many boys tomorrow as possible want to keep on with the offensive systems and if we have enough people we can work on defensive drill aswell!!
