Bridge of Don Thistle JFC is delighted to announce the appointment of Ryan Monaghan as Chairman for the 2026–27 season.

Ryan is no stranger to the club, having previously dedicated significant time and energy to Bridge of Don Thistle before stepping back to pursue his coaching qualifications. His return marks a hugely positive moment for everyone involved. A driven, committed individual who cares deeply about both the sport and the club, Ryan brings the passion, focus, and leadership that make this an outstanding appointment for the season ahead.

This transition comes as President and Acting Chairman, Lewis Muirhead, steps back from the day‑to‑day operations of the club. Lewis will remain very much part of Bridge of Don Thistle JFC, continuing to support the club’s long‑term direction and stability. This change allows the club to move forward in a sustainable and structured manner, ensuring strong governance and continuity.

Everyone at Bridge of Don Thistle JFC is thrilled to welcome Ryan back into a leadership role and looks forward with excitement to the next stage of the club’s journey.
