π₯ BACK TO WAR AFTER THE HOLIDAYS π₯
The break is over. The work starts NOW.
First session back after Christmas and New Year and we didnβt ease in β we stepped in hard. π₯
K1 is not a hobby, itβs a mindset.
You either show up or you fall behind.
Every round tonight was about killing holiday weakness and rebuilding that fighter engine.
Sweat first. Technique second. Respect always.
This club is built on people who do the work when itβs tough, when the body is rusty, when motivation is low β THAT is what makes us different. πͺπ₯
