180 Fitness

Hey everyone! So I've created an album with some workouts in it. It's called at home workouts I will add to it as we go along. Classes will be off for at least 12 weeks. Everyone stay safe!

So I've been very quite here, waiting it out to see if I can resume classes at the end of March. With the current play of things unfortunately it's looking like I will need suspend them a bit longer.
Once we are in the clear of this virus and we can get back to normal then I will revisit it. Sorry for letting you all down but I think it's the safest option for me, you and our families.
I will contact PT clients separatly as this will affect them too.

Guys I am so very sorry but unfortunately class won't go ahead this evening this is due to me having to work a little extra tonight.
I am disappointed as this was the last class before we shut down for winter.
I want to thank all my clients past and present, your support has been amazing and without you guys there wouldn't be 180 Fitness. I really hope to see you all back March/April.

Ok guys, tonight is off. Bit fair warning class is on Tuesday and Thursday next week with 500 reps on both nights!

I hope I don't end up losing you guys but this is the right decision.

Hey guys so I thought I'd ask opinions, how would you all feel about stopping classes over the winter? This is the time where we all get bugs and the weather is rubbish.
I'd stop end of October and resume probably March.

Back from holidays and it's cold :( an update for Tuesday morning training clients.
I hate to do this as we'd only just started however I will no longer be able to run the Tuesday morning class. This is due to me now starting day timework at 09:00. Cameron from Farrell Fitness has offered to take over the class indefinitely providing you guys still want to train. He will honour the 10 class passes that you purchased from me. If you no longer wish to train and are unable to attend any of my classes and have a 10 class pass then I will arrange a refund with you. He will take over the class as of 29th October, and there will be no class tomorrow.
I've included the link to Cameron's business page, this will allow you to like his page and see updates. I understand that you guys will be miffed about this but with Cameron you will get consistent training as fitness is his only line of work
