Really good to see all the benefits that yoga brings to people with Parkinson's Disease.

Huge thanks to Richard Kravetz .rich and for a wonderful chair yoga session today to help raise awareness for tomorrow.
The accessible yoga session is for people living with Parkinson’s, supporting a friend or family member, or interested in learning practices that promote mobility, balance and wellbeing. It is also great fun!
If you would like to view the recording it is available via the BWY website - book onto the event to access the link. If you're a BWY member it's available in your Video Library alongside a wide range of expert led Yoga Masterclasses.

Just a reminder that our yoga classes are taking a break for two week over Easter, and yoga classes restart on the 13th and 15th April. I have definitely got a space in the Beginners class 6pm on Wednesdays at the St Michael's Centre - check out the website for more details and contact me if you are interested: https://ciarabomford.wixsite.com/mysite/yoga-classes

It's a friendly class with a mix of ages from 17 - 70+, and all levels of physical ability, so I always give people lots of options so they can make the practice work for them. £42 for the six classes up to May half term.
