Did you know that 100g of peanut butter and 100g of steak have nearly the same protein content? 🤔 While they both provide a good source of protein, the calorie counts are vastly different!
🥜 **Peanut Butter**: Delicious, yes! But be mindful of the calories!
🥩 **Steak**: Packed with micronutrients that peanut butter may lack!
