This groundbreaking online structured group offers a space to slow down, understand your nervous system, and gently release shame-based patterns.
Through guided experiential exercises and regulation practices informed by EMDR principles, you will:
-Build awareness of your stress triggers
-Release emotional charge from past experiences
-Practice calming tools for daily life
-Strengthen self-compassion and confidence
The group is practical, embodied, and interactive — designed to help you feel more grounded and less controlled by reactive cycles. Every session combines psycho education, experiential worksheets, bilateral stimulation and practical resources.This is stabilisation-focused and skills-integrated — not deep trauma processing. Over four weeks, we move from surviving patterns… to responding with choice.

Bio
I am an experienced EMDR therapist, drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as a person diagnosed with ADHD. I am the creator of the ADHD Calm program, designed to facilitate emotion regulation, and I am currently developing The ADHD Wellbeing Series, a comprehensive approach to helping neurodivergent individuals thrive. My work blends practical strategies, therapeutic insight, and empathetic guidance, grounded in the realities of living with ADHD.

Move gently with the season and give yourself the gift of space, care, and support.
This programme weaves Ashtanga, Hatha, and Restorative yoga into a nurturing journey that honours your pace, your body, and your emotional landscape.
You’ll be guided through aspects of Ashtanga yoga, alternating with grounding Hatha practices that invite steadiness, breath, and presence.
Our Restorative yoga provides a safe, soothing environment for rest, release, and emotional replenishment (coming soon).
Sessions focus on mindful movement, supportive alignment, and gentle breathing — encouraging strength, balance, and adaptability without pressure or expectation.
All bodies and all levels are welcome. Suggested donation £5–£15 (cash or BACS), with heartfelt openness to alternative exchanges such as homegrown/made produce or skillshare.

Active Ashtanga • Healing Hatha • Restful Restorative Yoga Tuesdays 6-7.15

This season, our classes continue with an ongoing introduction to Ashtanga yoga, alternated with nourishing Hatha yoga sessions designed to delight body and mind.
Our Restorative yoga with live sound—led by the gentle guidance of Mountfield—remains a regular feature to soothe the nervous system and warm the spirit.
We’ll explore sitting and standing poses, focusing on how movement, stillness, and breath weave together.
As the seasons shift, we’ll keep nurturing core strength, balance, and mindful alignment, adapting with care and curiosity.
Classes are open to everyone and offered on a donation basis:
