Don’t quit!
I learnt more from losing than I ever did winning.
It also teaches you a lot about yourself as a person. It’s easy to feel good when everything’s going well, but what do you do when it isn’t?

Here are some Birthday reflections as I venture further into my 30’s…
• I’m conscious of my physical prime window, but i’m also a huge advocate of the fact that YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER THAN RIGHT NOW. If you feel like you’re too old to try anything, you will never be younger than you are, right this moment, so go try it! 💪🏽 “it’s a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty that his body is capable of” (or something like that).
• Life is too short to care about what other people think. Record that video. Try that hobby. Join that club. Honestly, anyone who’s opinion is worth caring about… probably doesn’t care!
• Don’t judge books by their covers - some people have a lot on their plates, even at unexpected periods of their lives so… be nice to everyone! We’re all going through 💩.
• Life’s passing by, especially when you don’t notice it. Make the most of your own time, and your time with loved ones!
