Ladies and gentlemen! Don't want to be a gym bunny but want to exercise and keep moving?? Fear not! ‘Together Active’ Exercise from the Chair might be just what you need...
Exercise (which includes resistance bands and exercise balls) is done to music, it works your whole body - at your own pace. We laugh a lot (good for the lungs and well being!) and sing along to the music (singing is good for you but is optional!). It is extremely beneficial in helping to strengthen your body and improve your mobility. Exercise takes about 40 minutes and we finish with 10 minutes relaxation.
