Whether you’re a complete beginner or simply looking to refresh your navigation skills, all levels are welcome. Over the weekend, we’ll work on essential map reading and navigation skills, building your knowledge and confidence so you can head out onto the hills and explore beyond the familiar paths.

Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course running on 12th/13th September 2026 in Crickhowell

The Level 3 Outdoor First Aid Course is designed to provide people who work or are active in the outdoors/rural environment with all the skills needed to provide first aid in the outdoors environment. Do you work or participate in leisure pursuits such as mountain walking, caving, climbing, cycling, canoeing, kayaking and often find yourself at least 30 minutes from help? If so this Level 3 Outdoor First Aid qualification will give you the skills needed to cope with an emergency situation.

The 2 day Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course is recognised throughout the UK and is suitable for experienced practitioners who use the outdoors. It satisfies the requirements of the IOL and is suitable for Outdoor Instructor Awards such as ML, RCI, Paddle UK as well as Guides/Scout Leaders, DofE, Conservation volunteers, Forestry workers, Forest School leaders, etc.

We had a fantastic day yesterday at the Young Carers Festival in Builth Wells, running our climbing wall and archery sessions! 🧗‍♀️🏹 It was brilliant to meet so many amazing young carers and their families, and we loved seeing everyone getting involved, trying something new and having lots of fun. Thank you for having us. We look forward to working with you all again in the future! 😊

It’s been a fantastic few weeks running our Summer Activity Sessions, and we’ve loved every minute of it! Over the course of the sessions, we’ve enjoyed a huge range of activities, including canoeing, archery, caving, gorge walking and climbing. Most importantly, we’ve had the pleasure of watching your children have fun, grow in confidence, learn new skills, challenge themselves and make new friends and fantastic memories along the way.

Thank you for trusting us with your young people and allowing us to be part of their summer. We hope our sessions have helped make the summer holidays a little more exciting, given them plenty to talk about and, perhaps, made the days go by a little more quickly! We hope they’ve had as much fun as we have, and we look forward to welcoming them back and seeing you all again in the future.

A productive day spent on the hill, refreshing map skills and building on navigation techniques in preparation for our client’s Hill and Moorland Training. We focused on fine tuning his navigation skills, developing confidence in route planning, and putting those techniques into practice. It was a very positive and productive day, and we have no doubt that he will do brilliantly as he progresses to the next stage of his training.

What an amazing couple of days spent with such a fantastic group of people! We had the best time coasteering along the beautiful St David’s coastline, walking a section of the coastal path and taking in the most stunning views. We enjoyed porpoise spotting, watched seals swimming around the coves, and visited the impressive St David’s Cathedral. Most importantly, there were plenty of laughs, lots of fun and some truly wonderful memories made along the way. It was such a brilliant couple of days with a great group, and I think it’s safe to say we all had the best time!
