Massive well done to Steph, Beth, Joely & Nat this morning on completing their 10K Porth Eirias Run. As a team we know how hard you have worked for this and really stepped out your comfort zone, putting some hard graft in, making them early morning and late night runs so worth while. Even better when you smashed some PB’s out on the course today.

Well done to our Captain Amy on getting woman of the match, well deserved and securing Gele’s two tries!

Today’s match was nothing short of a fight from start to finish, with a very mobile Wrexham team, this time couldn’t match the strength of our Abergele pack.

First game of the season and everyone finding their feet with matched tries on both ends but ultimately Abergele keeping the nerve and holding the defensive line until the final whistle

Great to see some returning faces to the team, Lucy and Sophia who brought an inject of energy in the second half 💚
