🚨 24 HOURS. 24 HERO WODs. ONE INCREDIBLE CHALLENGE. 🚨

👏 Massive congratulations to Jordan Lucas, Gareth Thomas, Rob Parry and Alex Murray, who have completed an astonishing 24 CrossFit Hero WODs in 24 hours — tackling a new workout every hour, on the hour, since 12pm yesterday (Friday 14th)! 💪🔥

The challenge is raising money to help create a new garden for the ICI at Glan Clwyd Hospital — a space that will provide comfort and support for patients and their families. 🌿

A huge shout-out, too, to Tom Hughes and Joe Lavin, who joined the team this morning to provide some much-needed moral support and help drive the lads towards the finish line. 🙌

These boys have shown unbelievable determination, resilience and teamwork throughout this challenge, and they should be incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved. 👏👏
