Today saw the annual Aberlour Bonspiel which was held at the Moray Leisure Centre. This year's Bonspiel was to celebrate the 130th year of Aberlour Curling Club. 10 teams in all were taking part with 3 Aberlour rinks for the first time in 5 or more years. The morning games were playing for the Campbell Cup which was won by Rothes skipped by Kenny McPee and Aberlour 1 were runners up skipped by Andy Cameron sponsored by Pernod Ricard.
The afternoons games were playing for the InkStand which was won by Aberlour 1 skipped by Andy Cameron and Forres were runners up skipped by Les Morgan. A great day was had by all teams playing on very good ice. Here's to the next 130 years of Aberlour Curling Club.
