>Train 3-5x a week – Consistency is key. Find a schedule that works for you and stick to it!
> Rest and recover – Your body needs time to repair and grow. Don’t skip your rest days!
> Food is fuel – What you eat impacts how you feel and perform. Fuel up with the right nutrients to power your workouts.
>Track your progress – Whether it’s a log book, notes on your phone or an app, tracking helps you see the improvements you might miss day-to-day. Taking photos and measurement can re-enforce your progress as you look back.
>Enjoy the process – Fitness isn’t a chore, it’s about finding what works for you and having fun with it. Don’t be afraid to try new things!
