Freefallers will be taking on Pen Y Fan to raise funds for our club! The money raised will help provide equipment, support gymnasts with competition costs, and continue creating opportunities for our athletes.

A huge well done to Max, Alfie and Sienna who proudly represented Wales in Telford on Friday! 🤩🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

⭐ Max completed all 20 skills and finished in an amazing 4th place!

⭐ Sienna completed all 20 skills and finished in an excellent 8th place!

⭐ Alfie completed a fantastic set and finished an incredible 7th place at his first international competition! 🥳

To top it all off, Team Wales won both the Men’s and Women’s trampoline team competitions, bringing home two HUGE trophies! 🏆🏆

A massive thank you to the Welsh coaching team Lisa, Ricardo, Naomi and Kayla, and team manager India, for all their hard work and support throughout the event 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🤩

Servicing the trampolines regularly is essential to ensure that they remain safe and in the best condition possible for all of our gymnasts to train on!

League 4-5-6 💙⚡️

Huge well done to all of these gymnasts who competed at League for the very first time! 🤩🥳

This was one of the biggest competitions many of them have competed in, but they handled their nerves brilliantly and performed beautifully — especially in such tough and hot conditions 🥵🔥

They have all come away even more inspired and determined to keep working hard and compete at League again in the future 💪⚡️💙

League Qualifier 2 💙⚡️

Well done to all gymnasts that competed this weekend! Everyone worked incredibly hard in preparation and it really showed out on the competition floor 🤩 Especially whilst competing in such tough and hot conditions 🥵🔥

Lots of PBs achieved, goals smashed and valuable league points collected ⚡️🥳

Now it’s back to training as preparations begin for Cardiff League at the end of next month 💪⚡️💙

A huge thank you to all of the judges and coaches who gave up their weekends to make the competition possible. We are so grateful for everything you do to support the gymnasts and the club 💙⚡️🫶
