Below is the link for an interesting survey being carried out by Paul Mansell, who is studying Sports Psychology.
He is looking into the psychological traits and mindsets of individuals who take part in any type of regular sport
The only requirement for taking part is that you do partake in a regular sporting activity.
It's pretty interesting as it gets you thinking - he needs to have 400 responses so if you do have some spare time he would greatly appreciate your support!

The story of the Coxless Crew, four women who rowed across the Pacific Ocean.
Details are below.
So the outcome of the Celtic Challenge meeting this evening has been that the race will be going ahead with a 12pm start on Sunday! The men will then follow at 2pm. It is a late start but it should be worth the wait as the forecast promises conditions that will lessen our suffering considerably...
With this info in mind, and if things remain as they are, we can be expected to turn up at the mouth of the harbour within a large range of time from the early hours of Monday morning to mid morning, from first boat to last.
We'll keep you updated, but remember to follow the YB tracker.
A massive thankyou to all who have worked hard over the past few months to pull this together.
The Celtic Challenge of 2019 is getting real, due to commence this weekend as long as the conditions allow for it.... To track the individual teams' progress across the Irish Sea, you can use the YB tracker
The link is below, or the YB Tracker app is available to download for free - just search for the Celtic Challenge.
See you at the finish line!
