I LOVE food 🤩...who doesn't?

I love eating a variety of foods, trying out new dishes and flavours & I love to enjoy my food without any restrictions!!!!

It's crazy how many think being healthy and fit is all about eating only salads and smoothies! 😵

This is NOT the case.It has taken me years to understand what works for my body and build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food!

Food isn't just about staying fit, it's about enjoying every moment and celebrating with friends and family!

So, let's keep things balanced and make sure we're living life to the fullest.

If you are used to labelling food as "good" and "bad"
If you start your week with salads thinking it'll help you shed weight but end up eating a tonne of food later! If you want to learn how to eat according to your body, your culture and your eating habits, then I'm here to help you 😊

Change in eating & sleeping habits, eating a lot of processed and junk foods + no exercise causes acidity to many during the month of Ramadan 👇

But the truth is, most people won't focus on them, and instead, will over-complicate it, wasting time doing things that aren't important.

I know that going to a trainer, working out, eating right, examining your numbers regularly and investing in yourself don't sound very exciting or fun, and the ongoing work required for all of these things is HARD, and time-consuming.

Let me tell you though - if you put the effort in, and focus on these things, you will 100% set your yourself up for rapid success!

Not sure where this whole "1200 kcals" a day for women diet started from 😵‍💫😵

Eating under 1200 a day might seem like a quick fix, but trust me, it's not.

Your body needs fuel to thrive, and depriving it can slow your metabolism and even cause muscle loss. Nourish your body with love and the right foods.

Ofcourse for some it might be ideal depending on your weight, height and body frame but this isn't the benchmark everyone should be aiming for.

Eating insufficient calories will cause many other health issues + you will develop an Eating Disorder.

The goal is to eat everything in moderation according to your weight, height and goals.

Are some questions you may have and it can be super frustrating, especially if you have been trying to shed some weight 🥲

Don't worry yet!
Weight fluctuations happen through out the day but can be even more during the weekends

Changing habits is the key to long-lasting weight loss 👇

Getting those new habits to stick is what's tough and the reason why so many people struggle

What I've noticed is that people tend to look for other ways to lose weight without having to make these fundamental habit changes

Little challenges, detoxes, products etc are all good ways of jumpstarting the process...

But unless you find a way to make them stick, you're going to end up right back where you started

You shouldn't be trying to make things more complicated

That's just distracting you from what is really going to work (and you know this but you also know yourself and that changing your habits is gonna be tough)

So take a step back and focus on 1-2 things at a time that will put you on the path towards success

Build off of them

These 5 things are easy ways to improve your habits, make being in a calorie deficit more attainable, and ultimately make the path to your end goal much more attainable
