Hi All, as most people maybe aware Steve Pennycooke past away this year and in memory of Steve there is going to be a celebration of his life in Aber over the weekend 3rd - 5th October. As part of this there is going to be an unveiling of a bench at Blaendalou playing fields in memory of Steve where he had soo many happy memories playing Rugby and American football for the Uni. This will take place on the Saturday morning - more details to follow. So if anyone wants to come along and have a drink in memory of Steve. We will see you there.

As soon of you know Steve Pennycooke passed away just before Christmas as well as being a regular member of the Aber Rugby team he also set up the American Football team at Aber. They are fund raising to put a memorial bench down at Blaendolau playing fields where Steve played so much sport

I am so sad to post this unfortunate and sad news. That Aber old boy Steve pennycooke has passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace Steve you will.be missed
