German volume training! A great way to build up muscle for those looking for an extra challenge and want to target a muscle group
Used this method myself many times and my clients have always found the last 4 sets the hardest, but it’s a great way to increase the volume in a particular exercise
Using this method in squats will have you wobbling out of the gym(or even at home) 🔥🔥
