Getting back to running and the swimming is coming along slowly,I don’t think I’ve ever ran that distance on that level of difficulty so cleanly without stopping.🏃♂️🏃♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️let’s go champs 💯❤️🫡🥊
Sets of 5 110kg today,no videos can’t think of anything worse than having to concentrate on filming while working out so you will have to take my word for it,I’ve been working on my heavier lifting for about 3 months now and making good progress,might show results photos if I can look good enough but may wait until six months 💯❤️🥊🥊let’s go champ
That wasn’t the whole workout either split squats and hack squats after with 4 minute walking lunges 😤💯💪🤨

Never recorded it on camera but hit 2 PB’s in the session today 110kg back squat for 3 and 140kg dead lift (no straps) for 3 as well,so here’s me and the DOGG instead 💯❤️🐶😂🫡🥊🥊

Stepped it up today added these two,4 x 10 reps of each + 6 rounds on the bag 1:30
2 min assault x6 and rower 1 min x4 so not a bad for the second day back at it 🙏❤️🙏💯💪🫡🥊🥊

Doesn’t look like much but it is on an assault bike after the rower and rounds on the bag,Been a while since I’ve been doing proper cardio as I focused on weights for a while,anyway I’m trying to stay away from social media from now on as much as possible cus it’s just not healthy mentally and I don’t need that on top of other things so just because I don’t post much doesn’t mean I’m not here to help you if you want some boxing training,learn to punch or work on head movement,general fitness or whatever it is you are looking for so get in touch if you need some healthy change yourself.let’s go champs 💯🥊🥊
