Start the week by pondering these, then take the action necessary to move forward!
1. YOUR RESULTS WILL BE BETTER IF YOU ARE HYDRATED!!!

3. If you are committed to eating healthy for the long haul you need to make sure you have all the tools you’ll need to prepare meals at home.
4. A progressive exercise program that’s appropriate for your fitness level keeps your goals in mind.
5. There is a huge importance of a training buddy or accountability partner to help you through those tough days where your motivation doest match your goals
6. Temptations will strike. They will always be there. Identify any triggers that you can—time of day, emotions, stress, people, places. Prepare for them!
7. Make time for yourself. You cant give 100% from an empty cup! It’s not selfish.
