When we welcome the energy of June, this immersive practice invites you to move 360° around your mat in a continuous, flowing sequence—creating a living mandala with your body.

June is the month of Summer Solstice, the peak of light and energy in the year, a time to honour the element of Fire.

Fire represents transformation, vitality, passion, and expansion, as we flow around our mats, each movement will represent the rhythm of your breath and pulse of your inner fire.

The practice will close with a guided Yoga Nidra allowing space to notice the warmth in your body, the openness in your heart, and the subtle transformation that has taken place.

A time to honour this inner fire as a source of courage, compassion, and deep presence—both on and off the mat.

Remember our foster dog Margot? She came to me after a very traumatic start to her life, shut down, starved and covered in sores. After 3 weeks helping me on the mat, she finally relaxed and started to play💖
I cried a lot when she left for her new home, but regular updates show how she has found her happy ever after.
