Each session focuses on progressive skills—ramps, rollers and wooden jumps vary by week—delivered by a fully qualified female coach in a safe, friendly environment. Sessions prioritise coaching and practice rather than long-distance pedalling, making them suitable for beginner and intermediate riders wanting to improve.
