Another successful cut from long term client .
He’s 51 years old but has the body of someone 20 years younger, which is testament to his lifestyle and effort.
We spent 31 weeks in a gaining phase, then cut back and lost 9kg. The improvements are clear to see.
People think there’s a limit. That once you’re past your 30’s the best you’ll do is hold what you’ve got.
Andy has well and truly proved that wrong.

Fat loss isn’t one big change. It’s a combination of small ones.
You don’t need to overhaul everything overnight. Start with these:
Protein → 150g+ a day
Steps → 10,000 every day
Water → 3 litres daily
Sleep → 8 hours, consistent routine
Training → 3 to 4x a week
Drinks → water and zero sugar
Tracking → weigh it, stop guessing
Pick the one you’re furthest behind on. Fix that first. Then the next.
Do that consistently and the results take care of themselves.
