Another successful cut from long term client .

He’s 51 years old but has the body of someone 20 years younger, which is testament to his lifestyle and effort.

We spent 31 weeks in a gaining phase, then cut back and lost 9kg. The improvements are clear to see.

People think there’s a limit. That once you’re past your 30’s the best you’ll do is hold what you’ve got.

Andy has well and truly proved that wrong.

Fat loss isn’t one big change. It’s a combination of small ones.

You don’t need to overhaul everything overnight. Start with these:

Protein → 150g+ a day
Steps → 10,000 every day
Water → 3 litres daily
Sleep → 8 hours, consistent routine
Training → 3 to 4x a week
Drinks → water and zero sugar
Tracking → weigh it, stop guessing

Pick the one you’re furthest behind on. Fix that first. Then the next.

Do that consistently and the results take care of themselves.

5 Signs You're Probably Lifting Too Light

1. You stop at your rep target no matter what

You set 10 in your head and stop there regardless, even when you could get more. The target should be a guide, not a ceiling.

2. You stop when it gets tough

Not when you're close to failure. The tough reps are the ones that build muscle. Stop there and you've skipped the part that matters.

3. Your last rep looks like your first

Watch your sets back. Reps should slow down as the set gets hard. If they all look the same, it was never hard.

4. You never miss a rep

Don't worry about missing one. That's how you find out where your limit actually is. Never missing means you've never gone near it.

5. You look the same

Same body, same shape, month after month. If the weight isn't challenging you, it isn't changing you.

Heavy weights don't build muscle. Hard training does.
