Henry's Gym - York's Premier Boxing Club Henry's Gym also has a cafe which serves light refreshments and food.

The gym is owned and coached by Henry Wharton, a former 3 X World number 1 contender WBC & WBO in the super middle weight division, Henry is still the only boxer ever to hold the British, commonwealth & European titles consecutively. The first-floor space is a state-of-the-art gym that will not only house ABAE certified and affiliated boxing, but also other community activities such as fitness and

zumba dance classes. With 10,000 sq feet of space there is plenty to offer, with over 30 bags to work on, floor space for aerobic and anaerobic exercises, two rings to work in to develop ring awareness and conditioning and a weights section to develop and strengthen the muscles.
