Here they’re practising their “crocodile snaps” during their stretches while counting all the way to 10! It’s a fun way to develop flexibility and coordination, while also supporting early cognitive skills like counting, concentration, and following instructions.

Every single gymnast pushed themselves, worked incredibly hard, and the results were amazing — EVERY girl achieved a new skill! 🎉
We saw new aerials, baranis, and handsprings over vault, along with so many other personal victories. The determination, resilience, and support shown throughout the session was fantastic to see.
Huge well done, girls — all your hard work is paying off, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🌟👏

This week we’re saying “see you later” as Annie heads off to Camp America for the next 2 months. We’re so excited for her to embark on this incredible adventure, make unforgettable memories, and experience everything camp life has to offer!

Last night’s Kidz Class was working hard on their splits during stretch time! 🌟
Flexibility takes patience and consistency, and we’re so impressed with the effort everyone is putting in. Every week we practice, our gymnasts are getting a little bit closer to their full splits, and their progress is really starting to show! 💪🤸♀️

A quieter Saturday advanced class on the weekend meant the coaches had the chance to get creative with another one of our crazy contraptions! 🤸♀️😄
