If you've been carrying grief, and your soul feels tired, we see you!
Grief is exhausting. Its isolating, and it can feel like no one around you gets it.
We do.
We understand that grief needs to be witnessed, it needs to be acknowledged and supported in safe spaces with people who get it. That's why we created our grief retreats. We designed them as half day sessions where we come together in community, and make space for all that our grief entails.
We laugh, we often cry, we can get angry... however we are in that space is ok.
Across the session we use a variety of tools to help settle our nervous system, like compassion based mindfulness practices, gentle yin yoga, and a powerful sound bath with the frequencies of crystal singing bowls. We have time to talk, or just rest if that's what we need.
If you'd like to join us, we have dates available in September in November. Drop us a message for the information link. No pressure or salesy nonsense from us. Promise!

🎙️ New episode of Grief Unedited is now live!
This month, I'm joined by Mandy Gosling Psychotherapy & ABC Grief, psychotherapist, researcher, and childhood bereavement advocate, for a powerful conversation about the lifelong impact of losing a parent in childhood.
Together, we explore why grief doesn't have a finish line, how it can show up in unexpected ways throughout life, and what becomes possible when we learn to live alongside it rather than fight against it.
A thoughtful and deeply validating listen for anyone whose loss still echoes years—or even decades—later.
