for the 18.1 - this zone was all about hybrid workouts, a mix of multiple movements to really up the challenge for not only the athletes but also our floor manager trying to fit it all in!!⠀

In all teams go to the final.
The workouts you perform throughout the day earn you time in the final. You'll then compete for max reps or rounds against everyone else to tray and take home the title!

But what are these zones about?
has four themed zones, in the past we've seen couplets, sprints, "the girls", and kettlebells as zone themes.
Each zone has up to four workouts where you get to pick the type of workout you do gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio, or mystery. These can be individual, pair, or full team workouts.
