The reason you cant stick to your diet is because... your diet is s**t.
Eating stuff you don't like.
Spending too much time prepping.
Banning yourself from treats that made your day a little bit easier - chocolate, biscuits, crisps, a cheeky beer or wine.
And the stress of day to day inevitably makes you say F**K IT.
When we work together, I want to make as few changes to your diet as possible, and include all the food/snacks you live.
This makes fat loss so much easier, instead of flipping your diet on its head and expecting you to stick to it...

It’s insanity that coaches are still telling people to do intense cardio to “burn fat”
That you have to survive on 1200 calories.
Cut out chocolate, crisps, wine and beer.
Spend 5 nights per week in the gym.
Here are people I’ve worked with who lost substantial amounts of fat and gained significant amounts of muscle.
• Most are in the gym 1-2 times per week.
• Most are in-out the gym in 30-45mins.
• Every one of them still enjoy foods they love.
• None of them avoid nights out because they’re worried about “ruining their progress”
Fat loss isn’t your whole life.
Just a tiny part of it.

Insane progress from Konor who's gained 15kg!
