Its been winter and summer this week ๐๐ง ๐
๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐
Busy week after being on holiday.
I had loads of work stuff to catch up on and I started a wee 21 day aggressive diet.
I don't have anything on over the 21 days so it's the perfect time to do it.
It creates a little fast fatloss before I move Into the next phase of my diet.
Training has been good too just a wee 4 day split to maintain muscle in this phase.

We had a wee walk and chat on Saturday at Dunbeth it was a fab wee catch up.

Good luck to my client Kerry Stewart on running the Glasgow 10k today and for raising over ยฃ500 for a charity close to her heart โค๏ธ
Big well done to Janine Moroney on reaching 2 stone of weightloss. Poor Janine has been under the weather recently but is still doing what she can ๐ช
Big shout out to Vivienne Clark she is only 1 and 1/2 lbs away from her goal weight and is getting compliments on her progress ๐

Take the time to appreciate what you have achieved so far, rather than focusing on what you have not.
You will always find things you want to improve.

One of the saddest things I hear from women is:
"I've got no willpower."
Usually followed by a list of all the reasons they think they've failed.
Then we talk for a bit.
And it turns out they're working full-time.
Looking after everybody else.
Running a house.
Sleeping badly.
Stressed out their nut.
And somehow they've decided the problem is a lack of willpower.
Aye, okay.
Maybe.
Or maybe you're expecting yourself to function like a machine when you're actually a human being.
I've yet to meet a woman who's been shamed into lasting change.
Understanding herself?
That's a different story.
I think most women need less criticism and more curiosity.
Because there's usually a reason.
There nearly always is.

Only 1 week till we go to Portugal for a wee break and i can't wait. Know when you know that you need some downtime?
I always come back from a holiday looking forward to getting back to work.
I mentioned this to Kevin the other day i don't dread mondays at all, im off work a sat and sun so im always looking forward to getting back into it ๐ช
We had a lovely weekend. We had a nice sunny relaxed day in Glasgow on saturday with nice food and hilarious chat ๐
