Let’s talk getting bored of training.
Making sure you don’t get bored of your workouts is super important, this doesn’t mean changing your workouts every week but making sure you are structuring your workouts for each period of training.
Changing your plan once you hit the 6-8 week mark is a good idea as this allows you to make progress with the previous exercises before moving onto the next.
For example you could change your training split or adjust your reps☺️
However this all totally depends on your own specific goals. For me just now the next 4 weeks for me is super lower focused so there will be a lot more Bulgarians to come🥴
