Charmaine and Shaun completed the 4 mile multi terrain race in Biddulph on Thursday completing the 5th race in the Staffordshire Moorlands Summer Series!

Huge well done to Shaun who came 1st in his age Cat! Shaun also ticked off Stretford Parkrun on Saturday in 18:37 coming 1st in his age category again 🥇

Kai headed out on the trails ticking off a 10km run in his Salomon Aero Glide GRVL 4s 🤌🏻

Running Bear Running Club absolutely smashed their Wednesday night intervals on the track! Well done for getting your session done in the heat 🔥
