Another fantastic session at Nutrismo UK Military BootCamp today! ๐Ÿ’š

Tonight's workout was all about building lower body strength, core stability, and endurance with a mix of squats, lunges, glute work, bootcamp circuits, and an intense abs finisher. Everyone pushed themselves, supported each other, and gave 100% from start to finish. ๐Ÿ‘

Remember, progress isn't about being perfect, it's about showing up, putting in the effort, and becoming stronger every session.

A huge well done to everyone who joined us tonight. You smashed it! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

What a session tonight at Nutrismo UK Military BootCamp!

Today's challenge was a full-body circuit with 10 tough stations but working at 7/10 RPE:

๐Ÿšœ Tyre power
๐Ÿ’ฅ Slam station
๐Ÿ’ช TRX upper body
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Kettlebells
๐ŸŽ’ Power bags
๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Dumbbell complex
๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ Keg walk
๐Ÿ”ฅ Tyre & ball combo
๐Ÿงฑ TRX core

3 minutes at each station with just enough rest to catch your breath before going again! It was hot, sweaty, and relentless, but everyone showed incredible determination and kept pushing right to the end.

Massive well done to everyone who turned up, put in the effort, and smashed another great session. Your consistency is what brings results!

In pairs, complete the first set, doing 10 reps of each exercise. 2nd set = 20 reps, 3rd set = 30 etc...

๐Ÿ”ฅ HEAT SMART BOOTCAMP๐Ÿ”ฅ

With the temperatures still high, tonight's session was all about training smart, staying hydrated, and focusing on quality movement over quantity.

The team tackled a ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸฝStrength & Power Circuit๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ consisting of:

โœ… Squats & Calf Raises
โœ… Press Ups
โœ… Walking Lunges
โœ… Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

Working through 45 seconds on, 30 seconds recovery for 3 rounds, everyone kept their reps controlled and technique sharp despite the heat.

We then moved into a "You Go, I Go" Team Challenge, combining:
๐Ÿ”น 8 Squats
๐Ÿ”น 8 Press Ups
๐Ÿ”น 8 Lunges Each Leg

Before finishing with a conditioning finisher of squat pulses, plank holds and fast feet.

In weather like this, fitness isn't about going flat out. It's about managing your effort, maintaining good form, and showing consistency. The team did exactly that tonight, calm, composed and determined from start to finish.

Who says you canโ€™t train in the heat! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Tonightโ€™s session was all about slow, controlled work โ€” 3 seconds up, 3 second hold, 3 seconds downโ€ฆ and it burned! ๐Ÿฅต

Bodyweight press ups
Dumbbell Romanian dead lifts
Crucifix leg raises
Shoulder press
Powerbag squats

5 sets of 5 reps, with 100 slow-tempo reps completed across the session. No rushing, no hiding, just hard work, control and plenty of sweat! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

The heat was up, the effort was high, and the dedication was there from start to finish.

Not one burpee in sight either ๐Ÿคฃ

What a session today! ๐Ÿ’ช

The team took on:

โš“ Human Battleship Relay
๐Ÿšฉ Capture the Cone
๐ŸŽฒ Fitness Monopoly
๐Ÿ”ฅ Plus a brutal survivor-circle finisher to test grit, teamwork, and determination.

From squats and press-ups to lunges, burpees, and cone-stealing chaos, everyone brought energy, effort, and plenty of competitive spirit. ๐Ÿ‘

The best part wasn't who won, it was seeing everyone push past their comfort zones, encourage their teammates, and keep going when the legs started to burn. Albeit it was CLEAN TEAM who took victory ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Fitness is more than reps and rounds. It's about showing up, embracing the challenge, and having fun while doing it.
