NEW AGSC CLASSES STARTING THIS WEEK!!

POWER STEP
Stamina routines based around the step (minimum choreography required) mixed with cardio moves focusing on legs, glutes, hips and core all with some funky music to workout too!
Mondays 1830 Sports Hall with Maria

BOXERCISE CIRCUITS
Cardio low or high impact step stations with boxing gloves / pads and defence training techniques - improves core strength and cognition.
Tuesdays 1815 – 1900 Sports Hall with Maria

KICK BOX AEROBICS
A series of cardio and static moves with martial art kicks and blocks to music - stamina strength and core.
Tuesdays 1910 – 1955 SQ6 with Maria
