Following last Monday’s announcement, I have been helping clients and friends workout at home with the equipment they have. This week included training with tins of baked beans, bottles of wine and desks and chairs. I will do the same this week so feel free to tell anyone who would like to get into a routine. This is something that I am doing for free to try and keep everyone’s spirits up in these difficult times. With Romain Greze.

KEEPING FIT FROM HOME

I will be helping people to continue exercising at home, so show me what fitness equipment you have and I will organise a WhatsApp or Skype session to create a plan for you and check your form. Just DM me or call me.

Yolo is all set up for outside training and PT sessions carry on for the time being.
