Proud coach moment today.
This lady has been in my life before I became a kickboxing instructor, she would listen to me on a Saturday morning while watching our daughters doing gymnastics, putting together what and how to run classes.
Her interest and enthusiasm in me actually starting them helped with my confidence to actually start them.
Now (finally) one of my students I have the pleasure of shouting at her for 45 minutes on a Saturday morning 😂
