Quarterly post of the year
What a time it’s been. Pretty much non stop since our wedding day and it genuinely feels like the year is flying by.
Hybrid training is now fully underway, plenty of travelling, loads of exciting things happening with Temple Fitness and more importantly, getting to work with a brilliant group of clients in the team.
Very grateful for how things have progressed over the last few years. To think it all started in the glen and we’re still here, still grafting and still loving every minute of it.
There’s been plenty of ups, a few downs, a lot of early mornings and late nights, but I wouldn’t change it.
And of course like every year, a big Movember challenge to come.
Keep your eyes peeled for this one. 24…
Big few months ahead🫡

Saturday mornings done right💨
First week back post honeymoon and all sessions ticked off for the week.
It’s been a solid week of training and it seems like all those extra carbs are doing exactly what they should be (carbs are good btw).
Energy is relatively high, performance is moving in the right direction, and I’m feeling good getting back into the routine.
On top of that, really happy with how all of my clients plans are progressing right now. Everyone is putting in the work, staying consistent, and seeing the results that come from trusting the process👏🏼👏🏼

“I’m proud of what I have achieved this year — and that pride came flooding in.”
Ruth began working with me with a clear focus on sports performance: building power and strength, while prioritising injury prevention. From day one, the goal was not just to train harder, but to train smarter.
Together we built structured programming and a realistic routine that fit into her life. Ruth has consistently balanced her swimming, rugby, and two strength sessions per week, showing up with commitment. More recently, she’s added outdoor running into her routine.
Along the way, there was a turning point. Ruth decided she wanted to drop body fat, not just for performance, but to feel happier, more confident, and more comfortable in herself. That decision, backed by consistency and patience, changed everything.
Ruth is 27kg down. But more importantly, she’s stronger, fitter, happier, and more confident. Her mindset around training and health has transformed, and her progress goes far beyond the scale. This journey hasn’t been about perfection — it’s been about showing up, trusting the process, and building habits that last.
Ruth has come an incredibly long way, and this is just the beginning. I couldn’t be prouder of the work she’s put in!💪🏼💥
