The roadworks forecast should not be a problem this weekend at the Forbes Hall to Tullynessle Church. There is a slight delay in the timescale it was supposed to have started 1st of June but thankfully they are a bit behind.

💥Breaking News update.💥

Just heard there could be possible road works on the access road to Birchwood on the stretch from the Forbes Hall to Tullynessle Church. I attach a map showing the proposed bit of the road that might be affected highlighted in red.

It has been a busy past few weeks at Birchwood what with a visit from Mark Winser one of best shots in the Uk . Mark had a few days coaching some of the Birchwood regulars who wanted to bring their shooting to another level. All who attended were greatly impressed and benefited greatly from his expertise.
All the Sporting targets have been changed and are amazing Derek has certainly made a brilliant job of the changes and I can’t wait to shoot them on Saturday.
The maintenance programme continues and Ian has been busy keeping the ground looking so good cutting the grass and cutting back the vegetation.
As normal all our disciplines will be available to shoot.
