Update on classes. I’ve asked the gym to cancel KONGA this evening.

I hate to cancel classes and I’m going to miss my feel good happy hour with you all but as your instructor I’ve also got a duty of care for you all 🤗

Jumping around in the studio doing cardio just isn’t healthy in this kind of heat. We know how hot it gets in there on a normal summer day.

I’ll see you next week. Monday and Thursday.
