Through exploration, curiosity and accessible challenges, you’ll be invited to reconnect with movement in a way that feels grounding, empowering and fun - tapping into your inner child along the way.

The workshop aims to help you feel more confident and connected in your body, improve posture and stability, calm a busy mind, and encourage you to try new things without judgement or expectation.

Alloa Gymnastics Club is a fully equipped gymnastics studio.

Edinburgh Marathon ✅

The original plan of

✨ finish it injury-free, a bit quicker than Marrakesh and nail the fuelling ✨

changed within the first 2-3km to

✨ finish it, injury-free if possible, without needing medical attention during or after the race ✨

I think I was in the pain cave from 10km and the cave was on fire.

HUGE thank you to the wonderful people who came out to cheer me on the course - you’ve no idea the difference that makes ❤️

AND, we’ve raised a lot of money for Scottish Autism 🩵

Working alongside these two is a DREAM 🫶🏼

Fridays are my favourite, working alongside my husband, both of us back-to-back with clients all day. But in the middle of the chaos, we steal 15 minutes for a cuppa, a kiss, and a moment to ground each other before the next round begins. We both truly love what we do, and building a family business together makes it even more special 🥰

life this past week

busy, and quiet

lots of thinking, and lots of no thinking

feeling, grateful, inspired, grounded, fuzzy and floaty all at once

2 weeks out from the Edinburgh marathon, can’t wait ❤️

✨ I’m running the Edinburgh Marathon for Scottish Autism, because I want to help create a more inclusive world for all autistic people, including for myself.

✨I’m Kirstie, and I am autistic. I have taught autistic children. I work with autistic adults.

✨Understanding matters. Acceptance matters.

✨Scottish Autism are a charity based in Alloa. They support autistic people and their families across the country.

✨Autism shapes nervous systems, sensory processing, movement, pain, fatigue, and recovery. With more understanding comes safer movement, preventative support and empowerment.

“But you can’t cure it, so what does knowing actually change?”
“What difference does having a diagnosis actually make?”

- Autistic people are 9 times more likely to die by su***de
- 66% of autistic people in Scotland say that they feel socially isolated
- Autistic people die on average 16 years earlier than the general population
- Autistic people are bullied more frequently than non-autistic peers
- Global rates of gender-based violence suggest that 90% of women with learning disabilities have been subjected to sexual abuse, with 68% experiencing sexual abuse before turning 18
- Communication disorders among young offenders have a prevalence rate of 60-90%

💙IT’S NOT JUST because of potentially jarring statistics or experiences like these; it’s for genuinely inclusive and supportive day-to-day life experiences.

Thank you x
