So anyone that thinks PT's are immune to food cravings or think nobody should ever eat fatty foods, check out my SIDE DISH for dinner tonight! Ok I only had 3/4 of it but whose counting.
Congratulations to Amanda, Soniah Asia Tang Lilley and Miriam for your first sessions today. Looking forward to many more and help you to feel good and acheive your goals.
Oh and it's the rugby again this weekend and Birthday on Tuesday so my little experiment is coming to an end. 🎂🍺
So 2 weeks of alcohol and caffeine free for someone who didn't drink much anyway has had a positive effect on my training sessions, reduction in body fat, and feel more energised in the evenings when I need to do work. Not saying you should cut these things out your lives altogether but if they are currently a major part of your diet, a small reduction could make a big difference.

Not many people max out their heart rate at 201!! Good effort Beth Cochrane . 202 next time!!!! :)
Good effort tonight Gilly! Those weighted lunges would've been enough to stop most people 👍💪
Quote of the day so far Beth Cochrane "I'm not a fan of this positivity"
Day 8 Alcohol caffeine free: Biggest difference in training yet. An extra 1.6 tonnes of weight lifted (10.75%) more than any similar session in last 6months.
Not saying it's unhealthy to have alcohol and caffeine, in fact from a social and positive mind perspective it can help some people relax. Does just show the difference though even if you're already fairly fit, how not having and can affect your exercise.
Day 6 Alcohol and caffeine free update: so had my biggest test yet last 24 hours. Saw my brother play in Stevie McCrorie's gig last night then been at the Scotland V Ireland rugby game today......but still staying off the alcohol 😀 All I've noticed today is being tired 😴
