Found a video of the ice bucket challenge 11 years ago (hence why the video quality is so s**t) šš
Although I wasnāt training at the gym back then, itās nice to see where you came from at times.

This is the beauty of transformation pictures.
The amount of times clients have gotten motivation from seeing a side by side picture speaks for itself.
