The weather was kind today for our last ever LSActive Bootcamp! 🩶

Thank you to all the incredible women (and a few men) who have made the last 8 years such a wonderful experience! You’ve all meant so much to me!

We’ve had highs, lows and everything in between…becoming so super fit that we’ve been able to hold conversations even throughout a burpee pyramid!!!
🤔😂

I hand the reigns over to the very lovely and capable Matt from Epic Martial Arts and Fitness (Bradley Stoke). He will be continuing with the Tuesday 9:15am class after the Easter break.

Hey LSActive followers….

As many of you know, over the last three years I have been training to become a counsellor and psychotherapist.
I have finally qualified and set up my new practice Lucy Sanderson Counselling & Psychotherapy (original I know 😂)

I’m qualified to work with adults, children and young people, and much of my experience is with teenagers suffering with issues like anxiety, panic disorder, low mood, self esteem, self harm and eating difficulties/disorders.
I am absolutely passionate about helping young people work through difficult periods in their lives, and find joy again, and I feel so privileged to be a part of that journey with them.

Over the last few years I have been slowly reducing the amount of time spent on the fitness side of things. However, I can’t quite bring myself to let all of you lovely lot go completely, so I will be keeping my Tuesday Bootcamp at Olveston hall running for the foreseeable 💪

If you’re ready to get back into fitness or just find something new… Bootcamp classes run at Olveston hall Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:15am.
A mixture of weights and high intensity interval training for all levels. £6 payg or £50 for 10 sessions. Trial session free. Kids are very welcome!

For my team of wonderful, strong, brave, kind and gentle women today….. Happy IWD 💪🥰
