With the sunshine becoming a distant past, and the school term well and truly underway, we are in the process of finalising our October Holiday programme.

Classes will be available for members and non members across both weeks of the school holidays. Watch this space to find out more soon.

Over the weekend our Zinc 4 piece gymnasts competed in Motherwell at the Scottish Classic Challenge competition. For 4 of the girls it was their first 4 piece competition outwith Inverness, and they enjoyed the opportunity to achieve many firsts in the competition environment! Well done Ava, Grace, Georgia and Lily for your hard work and beautiful performances. 👏💪

This afternoon Emily shone in her category with her solid performance rewarded with silver on bars and overall! A wonderful achievement reflecting hard work put in building up to today. 🥈 🥈 🌟

Former IGC gymnast turned world renowned dancer James Pett is debuting his new show The Panic Room with PCK Dance at Eden Court this weekend.

Join us in wishing two of our coaches the best of luck as they head off to start their University courses this week.

Evie is heading off to study PE teaching in Edinburgh, and Martha is starting her nursing course in Glasgow.

We know both girls won’t be strangers - and we look forward to seeing them during some of our holiday sessions.

An exciting morning today as our preparations started for the World Gymnaestrada next year.

We are looking forward to sending a team of 45 to Lisbon next summer as part of the GB Delegation.

Did you know the World Gymnaestrada is the largest non-competitive sports event in the world, and IGC has attended every one for the last 35 years.

With only one full week left of the School Holidays, its the last chance to book onto our Summer Programme. A reminder that we have a number of sessions running next week, opening to members and non members.

Spaces are available in our Tumble Class (tomorrow), our P4+ Display Camp (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday), and our Baby and Toddler sessions (Monday & Friday).
