We are looking forward to Week 2 of our Summer Programme with a wide range of classes running through the week.

We still have some space in our P4+ & Secondary Classes this week - these sessions are open to members and non members of all abilities.

With our Summer Programme kicking off this week, we still have a handful of spaces across our two-day Display Camp. Our popular display camp gives gymnasts the opportunity to create a group display to music across sessions. Gymnasts will work on their floor skills, pairs and group balances, and dance, culminating in a performance the end of the final day.

A small number of spaces are also available in our Tumble, Preschool, and Primary 1 Transition Classes.

This week we were saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Gus MacDonald from Inverness Crazy Golf. All at IGC send our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Gus was well known for his wit and humour - both in real life and on the crazy golf’s hilarious social media. However, more importantly Gus was a selfless community man and passionate fundraiser, supporting young people in the North of Scotland

A number of our coaches were set to join him on this weekend’s Golfathon which has been understandably postponed. Instead, we invite members to join us in donating directly to Cash For Kids in Gus’ memory.

A reminder that there are no classes running tomorrow (Wednesday 24th June) as the Leisure Centre is hosting the World Cup Fanzone.

Huge well done to our Teamgym girls today who competed in the ‘2026 Scottish National TeamGym Gymnastics Championships and Thistle Tournament‘

Senior girls, Maisie, Evie, Erin, Amelie and Alexa, took the gold medal in the level 3 category.

Youth girls, Arianne, Thea, Lucie and Bethany took 4th place in the level 4 with some tough competition.

This was a special competition for our senior gymnast Evie, it was her last competition with the Teamgym group due to her heading off to uni.

Well done to you all, we are so proud of you! ⭐

A reminder that we have no classes running at Inverness Leisure Centre today with the hall being used for the World Cup Fan Zone.

Our Classes at Hilton and James Cameron Community Centres will be running through the day as normal.

We are excited to share this year's Summer Holiday programme with you. We have a wide variety of classes, from general gymnasts, to display and tumble specific sessions. Classes are available for children of all ages, open to both members and non members.

The rain might be hammering down today, but we are laser focused on summer - which we are assured is just around the corner!
