We're having a 'Do-Over' ⛳

As our previous attempt at a Junior Club Championship was rained off (to put it lightly ⛈️), we have organised a new date - Sunday 04 October 2026 with tee times from midday.

There will be an 18 hole Stableford (Gross and Net) and also a 9 hole Stableford (net) and the event is open to all Junior Members of Alnmouth Golf Club (Foxton Hall)

After battling through torrential rain at the start of play this afternoon, the weather briefly cleared and we even had some blue skies.
Unfortunately, however thunder and lightning ultimately stopped play for our juniors and both the 18 hole and the 9 hole Junior Club Championships had to be abandoned for safety reasons.
Well done to everyone who took part and braved the rain.
Results to follow.

It’s our final Junior Golf Camps of Summer 2026 tomorrow! ⛳

Each of the final sessions are two hours long so please note the earlier start time of 0930am for the Silver group and a later start 11.30am for the Gold group.

Please meet at the Pro Shop 10 minutes before the start of your session for registration. A reminder that members are free and this session will cost non-members £10 (payable at the Pro Shop),

Another fantastic turnout for our Junior 9 Hole Stableford on Sunday! 👏

An incredibly close competition, with all four players finishing on 21 points and the final placings decided on countback!

A huge well done to everyone who took part. It’s brilliant to see our juniors out on the course competing, enjoying their golf and continuing to develop. ⛳

We held our latest Junior Competition yesterday at Alnmouth Golf Club (Foxton Hall)
After a miserable, rainy morning, the sun came out and shone on our juniors as they took on the front 9 holes.

A reminder that the Junior golf coaching sessions this afternoon at Alnmouth Golf Club (Foxton Hall) have been cancelled.

We are heartbroken to learn that this morning David Mather, the Senior Pro at Alnmouth Golf Club Foxton Hall passed away.
David was always very supportive of the juniors and we will miss him as a golf coach, a mentor, and a good friend.
RIP David 💔
