Join me on Alnmouth Beach as part of the festival weekend, marking the Summer Solstice and Father’s Day.

A special way to begin the day, with wide open Northumberland skies and the sound of the waves. There is truly nothing like it.

Join me for a special solstice beach yoga session as part of the
Alnmouth Arts Festival. A gentle, opening practice marking midsummer in nature.

We’ll meet in our usual spot at the bottom of the ramp. Please bring your own mat or beach towel.

There is a park & ride shuttle from just outside the village, or parking available in the beach car park.

Make a full day of it and enjoy the festival with fabulous artwork, music, dance, conversation, poetry
and lots of refreshment options throughout the village.

Dramatic blue skies, sunshine, and not a breath of wind this morning. The beach was vast, beautifully still and quiet with just a few dogs and their owners passing through as we practised.
