On Saturday 19th October, we’re swapping dumbbells for dough balls and holding our very own Halloween Bake-Off here at ARCHFIT – all to raise money for a fantastic charity (TBC very soon!). 🧡

👩‍🍳 Bakers Wanted!
We’re looking for spooky star bakers to whip up cakes, cookies, cupcakes, or any Halloween-themed treats. No need to be a pro – packet mixes and creativity are totally welcome. 🎃🧁

I am working out… so why don’t I feel stronger?🤷🏻‍♀️

If you’re showing up at the gym and still not seeing or feeling progress, it could be that:

🏃🏻‍♀️You’re focussing too much on getting sweaty!
👀You’re doing the same weights every session
😅You’re working hard — but not smart

You can be sweating buckets and still not building strength.

You can feel exhausted without actually progressing.

Here’s the difference:
🔁 Random workouts burn you out.
🧠 Smart training builds you up.

In my small group sessions, we train with purpose. We build strength, protect joints, and create change that lasts.
