Tickets have officially launched for our next Midlife Movement Morning 🚺 ✨

Join us Sunday 10th May 10am - 12.30pm for a well deserved wellness morning to recharge, move, stretch, learn & connect with other amazing women in all stages of the menopause.
We will start the morning with a coffee & a walk followed by a mini strength workout, yoga session (both are suitable for all abilities), 2 workshops + refreshments & healthy snacks throughout the day.

Yes self care is spa days, getting your nails done & face masks but it is also showing up when you said you would, setting boundaries without guilt, moving your body, fuelling your body with good nutrition and finding joy in the little moments.

What a fantastic morning we had for our Midlife Movement morning with all these amazing women! ✨

A well deserved “ME time” morning to recharge & stretch with yoga, move confidently with a guided HIIT session, connect with other like minded women & learn more about the empowering, super friendly & inclusive space we have created here at Project You.

You really can get a decent workout in with minimal equipment and I’m about to show you how.

Grab a set of medium weight dumbbells (5-7kg) and get to work 💪🏼💪🏼

Save this workout to try & screengrab to follow along:

1️⃣ 20 x alternate goblet lunges
2️⃣ 10 x deadlift into squats
🔁 repeat x 3

3️⃣ 20 x alternate side flies
4️⃣ 10 x bent over rows into curls
🔁 repeat x 3

5️⃣ 20 x glute bridge marches
6️⃣ 10 x tuck crunches
🔁 repeat x 3

Then do the whole thing again as one full body circuit
