At IQ Fitness Altrincham we already offer something very unique. We allow teenagers to train from age 13 without a parent present, with no restrictions on machines or weights, and at least three qualified trainers supervising at all times.

Now, we want to take this a step further.

We’re planning to introduce Teen Strength & Conditioning classes to give young people a more structured, supportive way to train, helping them build strength safely, learn the basics of conditioning, improve confidence and mental wellbeing, and develop healthy habits that last.

Before we launch, we’d love your input on which day/time would be best suited for teens?

We’ve taken a step back, looked at the bigger picture and made a decision.

Everything we do at iQ Fitness Altrincham is built around people.

PT rent shouldn’t stop good trainers from growing great businesses. The reality is that building a career as a Personal Trainer has become more far more difficult & expensive and we don’t believe gym overheads should be the thing holding good trainers back.

That’s why PT rent at iQ Fitness Altrincham now starts from £300 per month.

We currently have 2 PT spaces available.
