Outdoor PTs going down well!
Especially glad ive got my van. Can almost get everything youd ever need in it!
Its great to be inventive but having it all to hand and the shelter of the van makes life alot easier with cleaning, having the right weights/kit for the right client and the weather!

Cannot fault
Only had two dishes so far but no complaints yet.
Portion sizes have been the biggest shock.
Mondays Chinese Cashew Chicken was plenty for a late meal after clients and coaching.
Last night we ate a little earlier so went for the lasagna. Despite both having a decent portion, there is still another portion in the fridge for my lunch!
Think its the risotto tonight 👌🏼
Its not for everyone but at the moment its £17.50 (4 meals for 2 people) no contract.

Found myself with a little free time this morning (and no hangover).
Took myself down to Wilmslow ParkRun for the first time.
Ive always been a fan of the concept and suggested it to clients in the past.
As for myself I have the time and just about the drive to take myself on runs at a time that suits me.
As I mentioned above, it stopped me having that extra 1, 2 maybe 3 drinks last night.. 👍🏻 I also got my daily fix of fitness in.. all before 10am 💪🏼
For those who need to have something in the diary to get it done, then do it! Drop me a message and if I can I will join you. Sometimes a little check-in message is enough to keep us on track and have some accountability!
If you get into it maybe one of our Duathlons would be a good challenge..
